Change in SMS policy for cyclone alerts
In light of the very active cyclone season, many alerts have been sent for cyclones. To reduce the number of SMS sent, the alert policy has been changed. SMS will only be sent in case the alert level increases. This should limit the number of SMS to maximum three per cyclone. Emails will still be sent for each advisory update.
